Kay Jewelers + Emmy London

In 2017 Kay Jewelers collaborated with Emmy Scarterfield, a luxury shoe designer and the face of the Emmy London Collection at a jewelry store in Europe. The Emmy London collection at Kay Jewelers needed a campaign not only to launch the brand in the U.S., but a campaign that would have continued success post-launch. After much research, which included informal internal research as well as focus groups, we came up with the "With Love, Emmy" campaign. This was born out of a personal note she writes on many of her products that she sells, photos of which we came across in our research. Staying true to Emmy's brand as well as the Kay Jewelers' brand, we created an omni-channel campaign that successfully launched this new line of jewelry.
